When is the best time to move from an old cage into a new one? Finally got our new cages ready for their occupants but not sure when the move the hammies.

I would say do it at your convenience. I've always found hammies love exploring new environments, so I don't think you'll have any problems with your babies settling into their new mansions

with bubbles, as soon as we bought the cage, put bedding etc in. we moved him in straight away. he was fine. i agree, hamsters do like exploring new homes. so i personally recommend you Just do it straight away
